ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 21(d), 21(e), 21(f), 21(h) and 53 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1982 and Sections 2, 9, 27, 29, 31, 32, 34, 39, 44, 49, 50, 51, 51(A), 52 and 57 of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972, in WLOR No.1 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner is accused of having committed the offences pertaining to Wild Life Protection Act.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State submitted that there is one previous case registered against the petitioner for the similar offence.

4.Finding no merit, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
