This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give police protection for the petitioner's life and limb. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that based on the order passed in R.C.O.P.Nos.7,10 and 27 of 213, the respondents 3 and 4 compelled the petitioners to vacate the premises, in which, the petitioners are running a Hotel. He further submitted that the respondents 3 and 4 have also made a continuous threat, they could not run the business peacefully. Hence, they have made a complaint on 24.03.2018 before the second respondent. Since no action was taken, the present criminal petition is filed. 3.In view of the aforesaid submissions, if there is a threat to the petitioners' life, they can make a fresh application to the authority concerned.

respondent police, if any threat to their life and on filing of such application, the respondent police shall consider the same and pass orders on merit and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the parties concerned.
