PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent and his men not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of invented and fabricated complaint lodged by one Kumar. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent and his men not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of invented and fabricated complaint lodged by one Kumar.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently, it was closed.
