ORDER

This writ petition has been filed literally at the last moment. The festival is to be held on 06.03.2020 and 07.03.2020. Therefore it is not possible to conduct a full fledged adjudication of the issues. In any event these matters which will have to be adjudicated only the competent Civil Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 produced a copy of the proceedings dated 04.03.2020 issued by the Tahsildhar, Paramakudi. He is said to he convened the peace meeting. The decision taken in the meeting was that till judicial verdict is pronounced, no one will be given preference. Everybody will be treated on the same footing and no one will be given first honour or respect.
