The petitioner seeks direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by way of interfering with the matter purely civil in nature.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is merely called for enquiry.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is required to co-operate with the investigation in this case.
