ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry in C.No.569/DCB/PDK/2017,dated17.08.2017 alone is pending and the alleged threat of arrest or harassment, as alleged by the petitioners herein is not true.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the respondent Police is directed to register an FIR, if any prima facie case made out as per law or close the enquiry as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ expeditiously as possible and the respondent Police should not

harass the petitioner during enquiry and the petitioner shall cooperate with the enquiry. 5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
