O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 19.01.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that no petition has been received by the second respondent police.

3. This fact has been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court is not willing to go into the said dispute. However, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the respondent on 20.04.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. After receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to proceed further in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
