COMMON ORDER [Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] These petitions are filed seeking to condone the delay of 146 and 511 days respectively in filing the above writ appeals. 2.Heard Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.M.Mohamed Imran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, and considering the fact that the respondent has no objection to the condonation of delay, we are inclined to allow the petitions. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petitions are ordered. 4.Registry is directed to number the appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the appeal "for admission" in the additional list on 17.04.2026.
