This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.77 of 2016, dated 17.06.2016 on the file of the respondent and to file final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) however on instructions submitted that the complaint was enquired and closed as "Mistake of Fact" on 06.07.2017. It is further submitted that R.C.S. Notice was also served on the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
