This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.9 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent Police, in so far as this petitioner / Accused No.13 is concerned. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent has closed the case in Crime No.9 of 2014 as "mistake of fact" and the parties have also filed a joint compromise memo.
