ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3 in Crime No.267 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C @ 305 of I.P.C., hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that A1 and A2 are husband and wife and A3 is the brother of A1, who had illicit intimacy with A2, which was revealed by the deceased to the public. Therefore, the accused harassed the deceased and thereafter the deceased consumed poison. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submit that anticipatory bail petition filed by the accused Nos.

1 and 2 and the same was withdrawn and the petitioner is in judicial custody for more than 45 days. He further submit that the petitioner filed a petition to quash the charge sheet in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.4447 of 2014 was admitted by this Court and granted interim stay. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
