ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.1385 of 2021 dated 13.12.2021 on the file of the first respondent police station, Theni District for offences under Sections 294(b) & 506(i) of IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.1385 of 2021 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Bodi and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.97 of 2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
