ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the 4th respondent on the petitioner's property bearing S.No.13, Sub-Division No.19/B in patta No.1385 situated at Palampudur Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District and to restore peaceful possession of the said property to the petitioner and her daughter by considering her representation dated 26.09.2024.

3.A perusal of the prayer itself shows that the dispute involved in this petition is private in nature and therefore, the petitioner has to approach the competent civil forum for appropriate relief and the Government authorities have nothing to do in this matter. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
