This petition is filed to set aside the docket order of returning the petition passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur in unnumbered Crl.M.P.No... of 2014 in S.T.C.No.513 of 2007 dated 27.03.2014.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case against the petitioner/accused was ended in acquittal and nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
