ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 120(B), 406, 420, 294(B) and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.43 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The allegation against the accused persons is that they are the employees in the Toll-Gate collection point and they have misappropriated the amount of the de-facto complainant.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. It is further submitted that the de-facto complainant Toll-Gate collection point is under full arrangement of CCTV camera and during the working hours as per rules, the workers have to produce their belongings including the cell phones to the office and therefore, the allegation in the complaint that A1 sent a massage about the misappropriation of Rs.19,000/- on whatsapp is false. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent and he has submitted that the investigation is almost over and the petitioner is not having any previous case. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 p.m. until further orders.
