This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagerkoil to keep the proceedings pending in C.C.No.95 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagerkoil in Crime No.243 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent in abeyance till the commencing of trial in Crime No.245 of 2016 dated 24.06.2016 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the case itself has ended in acquittal and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.
