This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 30.08.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The petitioner has come to this Court, stating that the third respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner and that under the guise of enquiry, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) however on instructions submitted that no complaint has been received either by the third respondent or by any one against the petitioner and that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

no enquiry was conducted. He ensures that the second respondent will issue summons, even if the presence of the petitioner is required for any enquiry and that the second respondent will follow the procedure laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, and as provided under Section 41(A) Cr.P.C.
