JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.SRIMATHY, J.) We have heard Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants.

2.The present Writ Appeal is filed against the order passed by the Writ Court dated 17.10.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.21673 of 2017, wherein the Writ Court set aside the impugned recovery order dated 27.10.2017 passed by the fourth appellant and allowed the Writ Appeal. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants confines his prayer with regard to re-fixation alone.

4.In view of the above, the appellants are permitted to re-fix. However, the arrears amount shall not be recovered from the writ petitioner. 5.With the above clarification, this Writ Appeal is disposed of. No costs.
