Pushparathi ..Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st respondent to recover the jewels belonging to the petitioner from the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in connection with the case in crime No.14 of 2012 on the file of the 1st respondent and produce the same on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam. O R D E R

This petition is filed to to direct the 1st respondent to recover the jewels belonged to the petitioner from the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in connection with the case in crime No.14 of 2012 on the file of the 1st respondent and produce the same on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken cognizance and the trial also commenced and prosecution witnesses were examined. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Perusal of the records, this Court find no merits in the ground raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Moreover,

as submitted by the learned counsel for the 1st Respondent, in this case, trial has been commenced and prosecution witnesses were examined. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage and hence, this criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
