Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the second resondent in Na.Ka.No.11/Pothu/Vu.Ko.APe/18 dated 02.04.2018 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to perform Festival in A/m.Kailasanathar Thirukoil, Kailasapatti, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District, Scheduled on 13.04.2018 and 14.04.2018 with cultural programme of "Adal Padal" scheduled on 14.04.2018. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has given a letter before the respondent police stating that though he has sought for permission to conduct the temple festival, due to insufficiency of fund he is not in a position to conduct the temple festival. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The said letter was produced by the learned Government Advocate and the same is placed on record.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
