[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The present review application has been filed, seeking to review the order of this Court dated 19.07.2024 made in W.A(MD)No.705 of 2020. 2.The grounds raised in the present review application relating to merits cannot be considered, since re-adjudication of merits in the review application is impermissible. Scope of review cannot be expanded for the purpose of considering the grounds for appeal. In the present case, the Teacher was appointed by the Management in the absence of sanctioned post. The Education Department has also not approved her appointment. Under those circumstances, this Court has allowed the appeal filed by the State by setting aside the order of the Writ Court. Since there is no error apparent established by the review petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain the present Review Petition. Accordingly, this Review Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
