ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is facing trial in C.C.No.244 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai. He is shown as accused No.2. It appears that for a period of three years, the petitioner was absconding.

He now seeks anticipatory bail to escape the consequences of non-bailable warrant issued against him. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that next hearing date is 03.05.2018. He also undertakes that the petitioner would appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai on the said date and also appear regularly in all future hearings. If he could not able to appear on any one of the future hearings, an application under Section 317 of Cr.P.C. would be filed. 3.Taking note of the undertaking given by the petitioner, he is permitted to appear on 03.05.2018 and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai is directed to recall the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner on the same day.
