This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15907 of 2024, dated 22.09.2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 95 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 95 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.15907 of 2024, dated 22.09.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
