ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in S.C.No.59 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District as against the petitioner herein. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in S.C.No.59 of 2014 on the file of the Mahila Court, Srivilliputhur has been ended in acquittal on 03.11.2015 and nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
