ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation, dated 17.02.2022 will be considered and disposed of by the third respondent Joint Commissioner provided the copy furnished to the Joint Commissioner.
3. Recording the above submission, writ petition is disposed at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by directing the petitioner to file a fresh copy of the representation before the Joint Commissioner. On such representation being filed before the Joint Commissioner, the Joint Commissioner shall consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law duly giving notice to all the persons who are likely to be affected by the order to be passed.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the above observations. No costs.
