ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner on the instigation of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that no case is pending as against the petitioners, before the first respondent police and would, therefore, submit that there is no harassment at the hands of the respondents police, as alleged by the petitioners.

4.In view of the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
