The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings in e.f.vz; ;.10 gwpKjy;//T.fh.f//,uhk/2021 dated 05.02.2021 to quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to release the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-59-AV4309.

2. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the confiscation proceedings.
