When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the third respondent, submitted that the second respondent needs to issue a No Objection Certificate and after obtaining the same, the patta will be issued to the petitioner.
2. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to complete the exercise preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
