ORDER

This petition is filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent in C.No.384/ALGSC/KRR/13, thereby closed the complaint of the petitioner.

2.None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents/State.

4.It is seen from the records that on the private complaint, the second respondent enquired the matter and closed the complaint for the reason that there is no prima facie made out to register a case as against the counter part. It cannot be challenged before this Court. If at all, the petitioner has any grievance over the said order passed by the second respondent, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner can very well file private complaint before the appropriate Court. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court and the criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
