ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is shown as sole accused. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.01.2018 for the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC in Crime No.69 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2.The petitioner is facing trial in S.C.No.72 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram and it is a case under Section 302 IPC. The petitioner is the sold accused and on account of his absence, Non Bailable Warrant was issued and the petitioner was arrested on 03.01.2018.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m till the conclusion of trial and he will not file application for relaxation.
4. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

5. Recording the undertaking of the learned counsel for the petitioner, bail is granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, the
petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;
(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramnad.
(ii)the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m till trial is over.
(iii)on breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioner released on bail by the Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005) AIR SCW 5560]. sd/- 13/04/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
