This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused Nos.1 to 7, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.105 of 2013, pending on the file of the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed on 26.04.2013, before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram, but, so far, case was not taken of file.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. The Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram, is directed to verify as to whether the charge sheet has been filed and if already charge sheet has been filed, he has to take the case on file, without any further delay.
