This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No. 267 of 2024 within the 1/3

stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already they have completed the investigation in this case and filed final report through online on 13.02.2025 and the same is pending before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to file the final report and the same was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
