: Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to release the petitioner's vehicle of Bullock Cart from the custody of the fourth respondent's police and to hand over the above vehicle to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2019 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

3. The petitioner's bullock cart was seized in connection with illegal transportation of sand.

4. The respondents are directed to release the petitioner's vehicle forthwith and without any delay.
