This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate Contempt proceedings against Contemnors / respondents 2 to 4 in the main writ petition for his wilful disobedience and wilful violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1039 of 2024 dated 19.01.2024 and punish the contemnors / respondents 2 to 4 for the contempt committed by them.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.1039 of 2024 has already been complied with.
