Prayer in CRL MP(MD). No.2821 of 2020 :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.5502 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.191 of 2019, dated 24.06.2019 Prayer in CRL A(MD).No.191 of 2019 :

Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, to set aside the order of the Court below i.e., the order of the Trial Court on 22.04.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1306 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge (PCR), Theni, Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Theni and further to grant bail for the above said Appellant/Accused No.1 related to Crime No.164 of 2019 on the file of the above said respondent.

ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Paul 1/3

Murugesh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on Behalf of the Respondent, this Court made the following order: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5502 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.191 of 2019, dated 24.06.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5502 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.191 of 2019, dated 24.06.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has no strong objection to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.5502 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.191 of 2019, dated 24.06.2019 is relaxed in toto.
