ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that as per the answer key, she should have been awarded with 77 marks, whereas, she has been awarded with 73 marks, has filed this writ petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to re-evaluate her answer sheet.

2. Mr.T.Amjadkhan, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondents, opposed this writ petition that without even enclosing the representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, by referring to page No. 133 in the typed set of papers, submits that the petitioner has made a request through email, which reads as follows: "Details of tet paper 2 pz consider and pz reply me".

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this 2/4

writ petition. However, considering the case of the petitioner that she is confident that she should have been awarded with 77 marks, the respondents shall furnish a copy of the answer sheet to the petitioner enabling her to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
