Respondents Prayer :- This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission and protection to the petitioner to conduct Panguni Uthiram Festival at Arulmigu Villiyar Temple and its associates temples namely Sri Ariyanachiamman Temple and Sri Malaiyandi Temple situated at Puludhipatti Village, Sivagangai District scheduled to be held on 18.3.2022 with light and sound and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER:- This Revision/Appeal Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.Veerakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, this Court made the following order:
