: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the impugned public auction cum tender notification issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.651/2018/A4, dated 20.03.2018, insofar as the first item of the notification with regard to T.S.Nos.595/2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 in Tallakulam Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai Town is concerned and quash the same as illegal.

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] What has been challenged in this Writ Petition is the auction notification dated 20.03.2018, issued by the third respondent herein.

2. It is informed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent that the auction itself is over and the successful bidder has been given right to collect the parking charges.

3. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition stands closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
