ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the First Information Report in Crime No.14 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal in so far as petitioner concerned.

2. Heard the learned Additional Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for State. There was no appearance for the petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor on instructions from the police, submits that the investigation is completed and Charge Sheet has already been filed.

4. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
