ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is A8 and she was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under sections 369 and 370 of IPC, in Crime No.41 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that A1 Petchiammal had sold her 20 days old son to the 3rd accused for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- and the other accused have abducted the commission of the offence. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent lady and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that A4 to A7, A10 and A11 were arrested and released on bail by the trial court. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has completed the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ investigation and also laid a charge sheet in this case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that some of the co-accused were released on bail by the trial court, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 08/04/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
