RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 17060 of 2015 dated 07.09.2015 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.JEGADEESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 06.30p.m. until further orders, failing which the respondent police is permitted to move for cancellation of bail.
