ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Alagia Nambi, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.M.Veeranthiran, Government Advocate for the Respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed to extend the time made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.80 of 2024 dated 05.01.2024.
