ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This writ petition is filed directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2026 and direct the second respondent to construct a proper drainage channel to Thatha Kulam Oorani by implementing the order of sanction approval by the first respondent dated 27.11.2025.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the sanctioned drainage plan, the second respondent has failed to commence the construction work at the site. The petitioner in this regard submitted a representation dated 21.01.2026. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents, on instructions, submits that the work order has already been issued on 06.03.2026 and the work will be completed as expeditiously possible. He has also produced a copy of the work order 2/4

before this Court to substantiate his submission. 4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
