O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 6 to produce the above mentioned seized articles in above said crime numbers to the concern courts. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The only grievance of the petitioner is that all the materials seized from the petitioner's house have not been produced before the Court.

4.Th learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based upon the status report and instruction received submitted that two vehicles namely, Tata Mini Door Van and Tractor have been seized and they have been produced before the court. NO other material was seized from the petitioner's house.

5.As there is no materials in support of the allegation made by the petitioner, this petition is dismissed.
