PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner/Accused No.1 pertaining to the charge sheet in P.R.C.No.6 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner/Accused No.1 pertaining to the charge sheet in P.R.C.No.6 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the parties concerned are present before this Court and they had filed a compromise deed. The deed was signed by the petitioner and the second respondent herein, wherein it is stated that the petitioner does not want to press the complaint.

3. In view of the above, this Court feels that it is a fit case to quash the charge sheet in PRC No.6 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and P.R.C.No.6 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel is quashed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
