This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.602 of 2014 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the investigation has been completed and they await for the opinion of the prosecution.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
