ORDER

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 herein to provide notional seniority from 17.06.1997 and monetary benefits from 29.06.2004 in light of G.O.Ms.No.143 School Education (S2) Department dated 25.06.2007 and G.O(3D)No.128 School Education (G2) Department dated 28.09.2011 to the petitioner, within the time limit fixed by this court.

2.Heard Mr.S.Manikandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though a larger prayer has been sought for in this writ petition, the petitioner would be satisfied, if this Court gives a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 05.03.2018 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 4.I have heard Mr.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate in this regard.

5.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, since the prayer is innocuous in nature, as of now, as confined with by the petitioner through his counsel, this court is inclined to pass the following order, by disposing this main writ petition in the admission stage itself, with the consent of both sides.

6.The petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2018 shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law and orders to be passed thereon within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With this direction this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
