Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.MICHEAL SEBASTIN, Advocate for Mr.V.VIJAYENDIRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the 1/3

petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1526 of 2024, dated 01.02.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner is being a woman and took care of her children, due to the condition imposed by this Court, the repsondent Police harassed the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is not complying the conditions imposed by this Court even a single day, hence he opposed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman and she could not able to comply the condition regularly, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
