ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11289 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.998 of 2024, by order dated 28.11.2024.

2. This Court, while suspending the sentence on 28.11.2024, directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial cases under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi, daily at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 20.12.2024 to till date.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 20.12.2024 to till date, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11289 of 2024.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
