PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondents more particularly the first respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 21.03.2015 and conduct investigation in accordance with law and lay the final report forthwith as against the accused concerned within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 21.03.2015 and conduct investigation in accordance with law and to file a final report within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that no petition has been received by the first respondent police.

3. This fact has been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court is not willing to go into the said dispute. However, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the first respondent on 20.04.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. After receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to proceed further in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
